Trustees have a legal duty to protect Trust Funds for the beneficiaries. Pearson Jones & Company (Trustees) Limited act in a professional capacity on over 200 Trusts advising co-Trustees and beneficiaries in tax matters and Trust Law. We currently manage around £300 million of assets held within Trust Funds.
We can act in this role on existing Trusts or alternatively work on a consultancy basis to advise on all aspects of running a Trust. Where required we can deal with annual trust compliance (including Tax Returns and Accounts) and deal with any problems which may arise.
It is a requirement of our staff that they qualify as Trust and Estate Practitioners by sitting the STEP professional qualifications.
